Hi, I’m Becky
Your biggest cheerleader
I first trained as a pole and aerial instructor and began teaching in 2009. After a break between 2015 and 2022 while I had my children, I retrained and opened WILD in 2022, a studio where women feel welcome, whatever their starting point.
Our instructors are highly qualified, DBS checked and insured. Tell us about any injuries (privately if you prefer) and we’ll adapt every class for you.

What our members say
I was so nervous but Becky instantly makes you feel comfortable. Wild isn’t just a pole studio, it’s a safe space. If you’re thinking about it, stop thinking and just do it.
Literally the best workout that is fun at the same time. Becky works to bring the best out of each student, with challenging options and easier modifications.
I was a beginner but felt welcome and safe in the class. Becky was excellent and spotted me through the movements, I can’t wait to come back!

Good questions
Before you book
Do I need to be strong or flexible?
No. Strength and flexibility are built in every class, with easier and harder options for every move. Expect to feel it the next day, like after a gym session.
What should I wear?
Comfy sportswear. For pole bring shorts (skin grip matters), for aerial yoga and hammock wear leggings rather than shorts and cover your armpits with a t-shirt, and for bungee bring clean trainers that haven’t been worn outside.
How big are the classes?
Small classes of up to 12 people, with up to two people sharing each piece of equipment. Smaller group or private sessions can be booked by email.
Is it women only?
Aerial and pole are open to everyone and most members are women. Women’s PT sessions are women only. Adult classes are 16+.
Where do I park?
There’s no allocated parking at the studio, but you can park free at Aldi across the road for up to 3 hours (always check the signs) or on the surrounding streets.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
Yes, log in to your booking account at least 48 hours before class to change or cancel.
