I love this grip. I have tried quite a few different grips and this one has certainly topped the charts for me. You can read my full blog about grip aids HERE.

Never underestimate the power of training your grip alone. I would recommend training your grip at least once a week outside of pole classes. You can read my intro to grip training HERE.

There is so much that you can do with just a workout band. Training between pole classes is important to work on all areas of your body, legs being one of the things that I train the most outside of pole classes.

Knee pads are an essential item in pole choreo classes. Keeping your knees in tip top condition is important.

Tripods make it so much easier to snap photos and not have your phone slipping. I always forget to take mine to class but I really need to stick it in my bag so I never forget it!

I totally love the Brass Monkey Magazine. It has been a while since I have read a magazine back to front and as soon as this arrives I devour it immediately with a cuppa!
