Mixed Sessions: Each 30-minute session is different! One day you’re throwing punches in Boxing Bootcamp, and the next, you’re sweating it out in Core Killer or swinging into action with Kettlebell Blast.

Dynamic Variety: Experience everything from Bootcamp Blitz and Total Body Workouts to Rev Up & Recharge Cardio—you’ll never get bored.

I joined the 6-week group pt class a month ago and have loved every minute! The group is lovely and friendly, and the sessions allow you to push yourself as much as you want to (although Becky will always encourage you to do that one more rep, and it usually works!)

The short sessions have helped me get back into a regular fitness routine without it feeling intimidating, and I always look forward to clocking out of work and having a chat with group before the class – a lovely antidote to working from home on my own!

I like the variety between classes – the boxercise circuits are my favourite, but I’ve also enjoyed the body pump. I’ve been exercising alone for years so it’s been a great change of pace, and I’ve already got way more energy than I did a few weeks ago. I find my concentration is better in the afternoons and overall I’m feeling better in myself and fitter already. Loving the class already, and excited to sign up to another term!

Becky is really welcoming

I signed up for the 6 week PT challenge to try something different to home workouts. Becky is really welcoming, we’ve done a variety of different sessions since starting which keeps it fresh each time.The groups are a good size and it’s motivating to do it with others. Becky is good at pushing you, but also gives tips to modify any exercise if needed. The studio is really nice and a great location.

Give it a go! Amazing Women’s group PT sessions

Brilliant Women’s PT sessions! These 30 minute sessions are perfect for people wanting to get in shape but are short on time, whilst training with a lovely group of ladies. Becky is so reassuring and friendly whilst making sure you get the most out of your time and giving a full body work out. She’s also really accommodating at swapping out exercises for injuries and helping you if you are struggling with anything. It’s a small, beautiful studio and it’s great that’s there’s only you as a group there. This is just what I needed to boost my fitness and force me to get off my bum and actually move!!!

Friendly, inclusive, welcoming and fun!

Have just completed my first week doing the group class PT with WILD. It’s a great way of trying out lots of new exercises and having fun at the same time! The classes are short enough to fit into the schedule easily but they feel like a good workout 😅 It’s a really inclusive space for people with different levels of fitness, and Becky is so friendly and encouraging! Highly recommend giving a class with her a try!

The studio is a fantastic space and offers various activities.

Today was my first group PT session after having a few months recovering from surgery. Becky the coach was very welcoming and checked that I had no injuries or problems, she also explained the exercises that we where doing. The studio is a fantastic space and offers various activities. We did some boxercise which I enjoyed and felt great after, even tho my body knew that I had done some exercise lol. The session was with a great group of ladies too, can’t wait for my next one. I would recommend Wild to anyone wanting to get into exercise.

I’ve joined Becky’s 6 week of ladies PT classes. They are varied sessions and you come out feeling that you’ve worked hard and feeling good for moving your body.
