She will be your biggest cheerleader throughout and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone to try new things. I finished the course in February and still attend regularly for classes and workshops. Wild isn’t just a pole studio, it’s a safe space. A place where I can come and instantly forget the worries of everyday and just enjoy myself around a really supportive group of women. "Started the Bungee Fitness course and I’m so glad that I have taken the plunge (so to speak!). I wanted to get back into some sort of excercise and was attracted to the fun element of the classes and it is good fun! The instructor is lovely and everyone is made to feel welcome, they are not massive classes either and you definitely do get a good workout but can have a good laugh too. I love it and would highly recommend to everyone………..even managed my first handstand since being a kid😂"
