She will be your biggest cheerleader throughout and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone to try new things. "Started the Bungee Fitness course and I’m so glad that I have taken the plunge (so to speak!). I wanted to get back into some sort of excercise and was attracted to the fun element of the classes and it is good fun! The instructor is lovely and everyone is made to feel welcome, they are not massive classes either and you definitely do get a good workout but can have a good laugh too. I love it and would highly recommend to everyone………..even managed my first handstand since being a kid😂"
